Almost impossible to change yourself

It's almost impossible to change yourself by yourself. It really need hardwork, discipline and extra thing to change even a little bit of your behaviour.
A thought create opinion, an opinion create a way for act, a way for act create behaviour, a behaviour create your very self.
If you feel like you don't get even a little tiny of change, try find somebody honest enough to you and willing to help you.
